Project 365: Week 51 and counting
Though I keep saying it doesn’t seem like it’s even been close to a year, it really has been… and this time last year, I was filled with angst over the whole concept of this project. As I prepare for the final post next week, looking back over the pictures, it’s kind of interesting the small details I remember about those days or images.
One of the questions I got back when I asked if anyone had any, was “What will you do with all the pictures?” The simplest answer is: probably nothing. There was never any intent to do anything with them other than what they were–a (mostly self) portrait a day. I don’t really see that changing purposely; ideas, however, are not something I ever suffer being short on.
Another question I got was, “What kind of camera are you getting?” I wish I knew. Somethings I have figured out along the way are the important-to-me features and when I rank them, I have to make some compromises. I don’t consider this a bad thing; and I will plan to purchase the camera in September, once the project is over, but there is no model number or anything of the like to share.
Next post will be the last for this project… look for it next weekend. Mahalo.
